Steve brings over a decade of leadership experience in the healthcare and medical waste disposal industry, having held senior roles in operations and sales at both national and local levels. He previously worked with the largest medical waste company in the world, where he led strategic growth initiatives across multiple healthcare markets. Since joining BioTrust in 2024, Steve has spearheaded the development of the Regulated Medical Waste division, applying his expertise to build a service-first, compliance-driven organization. He holds a degree in Business Management from the University of South Carolina.

Keith is a seasoned healthcare sales executive with extensive experience in hospitals and physician practices. He was recognized as a top salesperson with one of the world’s largest manufacturers of health care products and equipment before joining BioTrust in 2024. At BioTrust, Keith leads customer acquisition and sales growth, developing strategic partnerships and expanding to new markets across the region.
Arlene Black
Office Manager
Arlene oversees all administrative and service coordination functions at BioTrust, ensuring seamless operations for our clients. With deep experience in customer service and regulatory support, she manages routing, driver communication, and compliance documentation—including coordination with state agencies and issuing certificates of destruction. Arlene is a vital link between our clients and our operations team, known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Thomas Lane
Controller
Thomas manages BioTrust’s financial operations with integrity and attention to detail, drawing on his background in accounting. He holds a degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and brings discipline and leadership experience from his time as an NCAA Division I All-American and team captain. At BioTrust, Thomas ensures efficiency and accurate reporting.
